All posts come pre-drilled with the addon option for us to install Bright Finish or BlackEtch M6 Nut rivets.

Construction

Made from structural 6061 T6 Aluminium for exceptional strength, durability, and long-term corrosion resistance.

Powder-coated finish (Colour: Dulux Protexture Black) for enhanced durability, weather resistance, and flawless appearance.

- Heavy duty 10mm thick base plate - fully welded
- Custom '+' shape extrusion specifically designed to connect balustrade wires to.
- 5mm Thick top plate to suit 12g countersunk Screws

- 2 Part Cover Plate. Screws together after installation

All posts come standard ex-stock at 960mm high with 11 x 9mm holes drilled two sides (at 90 degrees - 80mm spacing)

Orders containing more than one option are dispatched together on the longer lead time. Manufacture times may vary during busy periods.

Recommended Handrail
We currently only recommend the use of a timber handrail with a base width of at least 65mm.

Custom Colours
We can accomodate custom colours on our aluminium post range. We can arrange for coating a range of popular Dulux Powder Coated Protexture colours. Lead times on custom colours are 1-2 weeks depnding capacity and colour required.
